POLICY (please read before placing order)

WE DO NOT CANCEL OR MODIFY ORDERS 

 

-PROCESSING TIME- Our processing time is 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS(Monday-Friday) not including the day you placed your order once your item is shipped you will receive a tracking number to be able to track your package 

-we DO NOT ship on weekends or Holidays 

-USPS DOES NOT SHIP ON HOLIDAYS 

-DURING SALES WE DO EXPERIENCE A LOT OF TRAFFIC AND ORDERS CAN TAKE AN EXTRA 2-5 BUSINESS(Monday-Frida

- -IF AN ITEM IS “PREORDER” IN THE DESCRIPTION BOX IT WILL SAY THE SHIPPING DATE OF THE ITEM PLEASE READ THAT CAREFULLY 


-IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS ENTERED TO RESEND PACKAGE YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING AGAIN FOR IT TO BE RESENT WE WILL HOLD THE PACKAGE FOR A WEEK IF ITS NOT SENT BACK WE WILL REDUND ONLY WHAT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT NOT THE SHIPPING CHARGE... 

-IF YOU FILE A CLAIM ON A PACKAGE ALREADY SENT TO YOU OR ON A SHIPPING CHARGE YOU ENTERED INCORRECTLY AND WERE NOT REFUNDED WE WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU

-ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS EXCHANGES OR RETURNS unless item is damaged or broken you must contact me within 24 hrs of receiving items and send CLEAR pictures of the damage made . You will have to send items back to us so we can send a replacement or give you store credit in the amount of the item  we are NOT responsible for shipping charges. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES...Items are carefully examined before shipping. We are also NOT responsible for packages that are lost or stolen so please be vigilant of your orders

-if your order says DELIVERED and you do not have it you should contact USPS (your local post office that delivers your mail) first with your tracking number provided to you 

-CHANGES CANNOT BE MODIFIED OR ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED ONCE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.

-WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE ADDRESS PROVIDED IS INCORRECT AND THE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED TO THE LOCATION. UNLESS WE HAVE EVIDENCE OF AN ERROR ON OUR END.

-WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYED PACKAGES BY USPS.

-BY ORDERING FROM OUR WEBSITE YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS 

 

-We cannot guarantee you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to international and Canadian Orders.

-Just an FYI we are not responsible for lost,stolen,or misplaced items. Once USPS/UPS has them they are out of our hands so please make sure you are vigilant of your packages. Make arrangements with USPS to hold your items if you’re not available to retrieve them ❤️
